Shipping

Every pair ships within 24–48 hours (business days) from France, carefully packed, with tracking.
Free shipping to Mondial Relay pick-up points in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Portugal and Italy.
€45 flat rate to every other country, with a tracked international carrier.
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes, payable by the recipient on delivery.

You have 14 days from receipt to return your order, without giving a reason, wherever you live.
The pair must come back in the condition you received it: not worn, with its packaging and any accessories (box, dust bag).
Email contact@firstpicks.fr with your order number first; we send you the return address. Parcels sent without prior agreement cannot be accepted.
Return shipping is at your expense, unless the item is faulty, not as described, or we made a shipping error.
You are refunded on your original payment method within 14 days of receiving and checking your return.
Each pair is unique, so there are no exchanges: return the pair and place a new order.
