Authenticity

Are your pairs authentic?

Every pair is checked by hand before it goes online: materials, stitching, labels and finishes. This is our own check, based on experience with the brands we sell; it is not a certificate issued by a third party. How we authenticate.

What if I have a doubt when my pair arrives?

Contact us straight away at contact@firstpicks.fr with photos. These requests are handled first.

Condition

What does the grade out of 10 mean?

Each pair is graded out of 10 after inspection. The grade comes with a condition label and the list of flaws we noted; every flaw is visible in the photos, which are never retouched.

Prices and payment

Why are your prices lower than on marketplaces?

We sell directly, so prices on firstpicks.fr are set below the price of the same pair on Vestiaire Collective.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and PayPal.

Shipping

How fast do you ship?

Within 24–48 hours (business days), with tracking.

How much is shipping?

Free to Mondial Relay pick-up points in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Portugal and Italy. €45 flat rate everywhere else.

Returns

Can I return a pair?

Yes, within 14 days of receipt, wherever you live. Return shipping is at your expense unless the item is faulty or not as described. Shipping & returns.

Can I exchange for another size?

Each pair is unique, so we do not offer exchanges: return the pair and place a new order.
