Are your products guaranteed authentic?
Each item is manually verified before being put online, based on expertise developed on the brands we offer (stitching, materials, labeling, finishes). This verification is an internal process and does not constitute a certification issued by a third-party organization.
What happens if I doubt the authenticity upon receipt?
Contact us immediately at firstpicks.pro@gmail.com with photos. We handle these requests as a priority.
Delivery
What are the delivery times?
Order processing: 2 to 3 business days before handover to the carrier. The delivery time then depends on the carrier and the destination country.
Which countries do you deliver to?
France, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain.
Is delivery charged?
No, delivery is free without any minimum purchase condition, for all the countries listed above.
Can I track my order?
Yes, a tracking number is sent by email upon shipment.
What happens if my package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit?
You can subscribe, at the time of order, to optional transport insurance (€10.99) for expedited processing. Without insurance, we remain obliged to offer you a refund or a re-shipment after verification with the carrier, in accordance with the law.
Returns
Can I return an item that doesn't suit me?
Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to withdraw, without justification. The item must be returned in the condition in which it was received (unworn, unused, with its tags).
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are at your expense, unless the item is defective, not compliant with its description, or in case of an error on our part — in these cases, return shipping costs are covered by us.
When will I be refunded?
Upon receipt and verification of your return, within a maximum of 14 days.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Since each item is unique and sold as a single copy, we do not offer exchanges. Return the item then place a new separate order if another size is available.
